We are committed to maintaining the privacy of our customers. Your personal details will remain strictly confidential and we will not disclose your information to any third parties. We may at times contact you, by post, telephone or email, regarding special offers or with other relevant information. If you do not wish to be contacted at all, please let us know and you will be removed from our database.

DELIVERY
a) Any time or date for delivery stated by the Company shall be treated as an estimate only. No liability can be accepted by the Company for failure to deliver within any specific time period. The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever (including consequential loss or loss of profit) arising directly or indirectly from any delay in the delivery of all or any of the goods howsoever caused.
b) The Company shall accept no liability for shortages or damage to goods unless the Customer reports the damage at the time of delivery.
DELIVERY AND PAYMENT
All GloMania products will be sent by Royal Mail 1st class Recorded delivery, unless you have stated and paid for a special delivery or other method of Delivery. Our aim is to deliver your order within 7 working days after receipt of payment, subject to stock availability. A valid signature will be required on delivery. The Company accepts all major credit cards. (Mastercard, Visa, Delta, Switch, Solo). Full payment is required at the time of purchase.
Payment is through PayPal secure server. You will receive an e-mail to confirm your order is being processed. If you are paying by cheque the goods will not be dispatched until after your cheque has cleared. You can also order over the telephone, please call +44 (0)1253 350801. We will endeavour to contact you as soon as possible if there are any problems with the dispatch of your order. For orders outside the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland please call us on +44 (0)1253 350801.
Returns Policy
We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return it in perfect condition in the original packaging and within 14 days. We will then arrange to exchange the product or make a refund. Please note any refunds will not include postage, packaging or courier charges. The customer is also responsible for any return shipment charges.

ACCEPTANCE OF ORDERS
No order placed by the Customer shall be deemed to be accepted by the Company, until the Company issues a final acceptance e-mail of the order to the Customer. All orders are fulfilled subject to these terms and conditions of sale, unless otherwise varied by an agreement in writing. Please note that colours and finishes shown on our web site are approximations. Actual colours and finishes may vary.
PRICES
Prices are correct at time of going to press/uploading on web site. Goods are invoiced at the prices ruling at the time of acceptance of an order. Charges are made for all delivery options except where detailed otherwise. The Company reserves the right to modify prices in respect of orders which have not been accepted.
FORCE MAJEURE
In the event that the Company is prevented from carrying out its obligations as a result of any cause beyond its control such as, but not limited to Acts of God. War, Strikes, Lock-outs, Flood and Failure of third parties to deliver goods, the Company shall be relieved of its obligations and liabilities for as long as such fulfilment is prevented.
RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
Current website items on non-custom-made goods, unused, undamaged and fully marketable, may be returned and the order cancelled (for any reason) within 14 days of delivery with the prior agreement of the Company. Returned goods must be in their original packing. Please Note: Individual Custom made posters or engraved mirrors cannot be returned or cancelled. For products returned the Customer shall be responsible for all costs and expenses (including any insurance) of returning the goods to the original despatch point.
The Customer’s payment will be returned within 30 days, subject only to deduction of any direct costs of transport and insurance incurred by the Company in relation to the original shipping and return of the goods upon receipt of the goods and inspection as to their suitability for re-sale. Orders for custom-made goods may only be cancelled if work on the product has not yet begun.
THE COMPANY’S LIABILITY
a) The Company shall under no circumstances whatsoever be liable for any indirect or consequential loss howsoever caused.
b) The Company’s liability in respect of breach or non-performance of any order shall be limited to the invoiced value to which the claim relates.
c) Goods are not tested or sold as fit for any particular purposes or for use under any specific conditions.
d) Subject as expressly provided in these Terms and Conditions, and except where the goods are sold to a person dealing as a consumer (within the meaning of the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977), all warranties, conditions or other terms implied by statute or common law are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
e) Where the goods are sold under a consumer transaction (as defined by the Consumer Transactions (Restrictions on Statements) Order 1976) the statutory rights of the Customer are not affected by these Terms and Conditions.
VAT
VAT is not currently charged on our products. GloMania have the right to alter this at any time.
By visiting our site and placing an order you are agreeing to our terms and conditions, which are interpreted in accordance with English Law.
TRADEMARK & COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT
GloMania is a trademark and all material including all images our subject to copyright law. You will need our permission to use any material from our website or any of our other marketing material. We take copyright / trademark infringement very seriously and will not hesitate to take legal action if necessary. We also have the right to revoke use of any of our materials at any time.
