Shipping and Returns
All GloMania products are sent out Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded. We hope to distribute your products within 24hrs of payment.
The larger items are delivered by our couriers, and are all traceable and secure. Our aim is to deliver your order within 7-14 working days after receipt of payment (but most products do arrive within 5 working days).
GloMania Mirrors are sent 1st Class Royal Mail and specially cut on placement of your order. Please allow 7-14 days for delivery. Should we have a particular product in stock they will be despatched immediately.
Payment is made currently through PayPal, which is a secure server and our preferred payment method. We will send you an e-mail to confirm your order is being processed. If you are paying by cheque the goods will not be dispatched until after your cheque has cleared.

Returns
We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return it in perfect condition in the original packaging and within 14 days. We will then arrange to exchange the product or make a refund.
GloMania paints can only be accepted if the label/ seal is not damaged. This is for purity of the product.
Please note any refunds will not include postage, packaging or courier charges.
We do not accept returns of bespoke products, which include bespoke Engraved Mirrors and Posters.
The customer is also responsible for any return shipment charges.
